Initial Setup panel
This panel reflects the initial selection regarding engines and boat details, specified at the beginning of this application.
Any changes made here need to be confirmed using the 'Apply' button at the bottom of the panel to be reflected in the list and diagram.
Components List panel
This panel shows all mandatory and optional rigging components required by the Initial Setup of the engine.
Each component has a number that identifies it on the List and Diagram Views and each can be opened in an overlay window to show more details by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.
Fullscreen toggle
The Components List can be expanded to show additional table columns, eliminating the need of scrolling. To collapse the List, simply click the Fullscreen button again.
Diagram View panel
The main window of the applications shows the rigging diagram of the engine and setup selected by the user. It displays appropriate cabling and connections as well as highlighting specific Components that are listed in the Components List.
The user can click on any components to see more details in an overlay window.
Fullscreen toggle
Diagram View can be expanded to fullscreen to focus only on the diagram. Expanding the Diagram fullscreen will automatically close both Initial Setup and Components List modules and display them instead as shortcut buttons in the left top corner.
Zoom & Panning
Diagram View offers several magnification levels, allowing the user to see the diagram in full even on a small screen. When enlarged, the user can pan around by simply dragging the visual.
Diagram System Layers
All DBW engine diagrams are comprised of two layers or rigging - HCAN & NMEA2000, by default both are displayed together as a single diagram.
User can view each system separately by clicking on the named icons at the top of the screen or can return to the original diagram by clicking on the All icon.
